👘 [Japanese Week] Learning Japanese with Apps & Tv Shows! Part. 2

When I did the first Japanese Week I wrote a post about how to learn the language with YouTube and Apps (click HERE if you want to check it). A few years have passed and so the tools I've been using to learn Japanese, so I decided to make a Part 2.
はじめましょう!!

While Youtube remains the easiest and quickest way to learn a language: from self-study tips and grammar videos to the more cultural and original ones, there's always something, I like Twitter more.
Twitter is my favorite social network of all and I find it particularly useful when I need to review things I've already studied or when it comes to kanjis: since it's mainly a writing platform, the kanjis are written in a clean and clear way, perfect for us foreigners...hadwritings can be tricky sometimes!
Here some of the Twitter profiles I follow, but there are so many out there so you can check based on your preferences and necessities.

In August 2018 I finally decided to subscribe to JapanesePod101.com. It's a learning platform where you get tons of helpful lessons to learn the samurai's language from the alphabet to actual fluency.
It's free of charges but, of course, if you want to get better faster, you have 3 upgrades you can choose from: Basic, Premium and Premium Plus.
I'm still having an handful with my free lifetime account, but I'll probably subscribe to one of those within this year because they really have quality content and it's convenient, price-wise.
My advise is to try the free account first, see if the site works in terms of your necessities and, eventually, subscribe for a higher upgrade later.

And this was for the apps and website but one this I recently took on (and if you follow my TV Series reviews, you have already noticed it) has been watching Japanese dorama and reality shows.
It's not that I don't like animes but I prefer real actors and actresses...Plus, I think the Japanese spoken in dorama is closest to the one spoken in real life, so you get more sample sentences.
Netflix comes handy in this case but if you don't have it or already finished all the Japanese content, here a few websites you can check for Tv Series and Reality shows:
● kissasian.sh
● kisstvshow.to
● dramacool.movie
● viki.com

And this is it for today, I hope this post was somehow helpful.
じゃ、 また あした あとだね!
