👗Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden vs Queen Letizia of Spain

This is the 4th battle royale on #WWIB (HEREHERE and HERE the previous ones), where two members of European royal families have worn the same dress. Today's turn is for Parisian brand Sandro with a long, blue printed dress.
The first royal who wore the mentioned silk dress has been Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, earlier this April, for an audience with Director-General of WHO (World Health Organizatio), Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus at Stockholm Royal Palace. For the occasion, the Swedish princess kept it minimal with a simple chignon and black accessories to complete the look.
A few days ago, the blue and white dress had its second re run thanks to Queen Letizia of Spain, who attended the "Proyectos Sociales De Banco Santander" awards. She also wore color blocking accessories with blue pumps, a black purse and white belt.

Who do you think wore it better?
Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden or Queen Letizia of Spain?
