TTT: Top Ten Tuesday

Here are the movies and books of the previous lists I've watched and read in the last few months!

MOVIES
●  Mr. Long - I think this movie isn't for everyone: strong/degraded settings and protagonists that speaks 3 phrases (literally!) within the first hour of the movie. BUT I liked the overall story of the good/innocent boy who grows up and becomes a bad person in order to survive in this world, while deep down he still maintains a good nature.
●  Green Book - easily one of the BEST MOVIES I've seen so far this year. I loved every minute of it and I still don't understand why Viggo Mortensen hasn't won the Oscar for this role...as well as the one he played in "Captain Fantastic"!
● Hotel Mumbai - this movie kept me engaged the entire time but maybe it is because I like this "real people's heroic acts" kind of movies. Dev Patel and Anupam Kher gave amazing performances, while I'm not sure if the Armie Hammer/Nazanin Boniadi story was all of that necessary.

Top Ten Tuesdy is an original feature created at The Broke and the Bookish. It was meant to be only for books, BUT I changed it a little bit so it will be 5 books I want to read and 5 movies I'm planning to watch. PLUS it's going to be monthly and not weekly.
