👗Suzy (수지) vs IU (아이유)

Valentino, Versace and Christian Dior are the top three brands that we often see in this column, but apparently, South Korea has its own 'popular among celebrities' brand and it's called Johnny Hates Jazz. You've seen it HERE and today's as well thanks to two of Korea's most loved actresses.

The first who wore the shirring frill dress has been Suzy while attending the 2019 KOPA & NIKON Press Photo Awards in Seoul, back in May. She wore the mint version and styled it with pale sandy ankle-strip heels. Her hair, slightly curled for the occasion, were left loose.

Another favorite of k-drama fans wore the same dress, in its red version: I'm talking about IU (pseudonym of Lee Ji-eun) and TvN's hit drama 'Hotel Del Luna'. In episode 7, the actress's character shows off the bright red, ruffles dress accessorized with a jeweled belt and black pumps. To complete the outfit, her pitch-black hair was pulled into a slick and high ponytail.

FUN FACT: in between, another actress showed her love for the brand and this dress in particular. I'm talking about actress Park Min-young (famous for her roles in k-dramas like Healer, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim? and her latest one Her Private Life), who posted a photo on her personal IG wearing the mind version of the dress.
