The first who wore the ruffled tulle dress has been Italian model Paola Turani while attending the "Marriage Story" premiere during this year's Venice Film Festival. Paola's naturally curly hair has been tamed in a messy updo and she rocked a smokey eyes make up while keeping it simple with the accessories and completed the look with silver sandals.
