The first who matched this off-shoulder blouse with the ruffled skirt has been actress Go Joon Hee, earlier this year, while attending the press conference for her last Korean drama 'Possessed'. She was extremely elegant and flawless with her beautiful short bob and matching black wristwatch and half-calf boots.
The same goes for AOA's member Seolhyun who attended the "Queendom" press conference wearing all-white HtoT a couple of weeks ago. She completed the look with white pumps and silver circle earrings.
