The story revolves around three main characters: Yoo Jin-KookYoo Jin-Kang (brother and sister) and Kim Moo-Young, a young man working in a brewery, doesn't remember anything about his past and appears to be immune to any kind of human feelings.
Yoo Jin-Kook is tired about his job as a detective and is in bad terms with his team leader, but his last case leads him to investigate on Moo-Young, who somehow looks familiar to him...

Thanks to her work and her best friend, Jin-Kang as well meets Moo Young. At first, she's very annoyed by his behaviours and indifference in confront of her friend's feeling, but after a terrible accident the two become close...
But it turns out that both their pasts are mysterious and connected, so their relationship will have to face more downs than ups, until the truth will be revealed.

My OpinionπŸ‘πŸ‘Ž
After the last episode I had the physical necessity to watch something light in order NOT to fall into depression; this drama may have started with the slightest possibility of an happy plot twist but you’ll surely end up with the sensation of having a rock right on your stomach (and pushing!). I wonder if the original Japanese version is as much intense…
Romeo and Juliet is an happy fairytale compared to this drama!

I loved the casting choices, the overall darkness and having doubts (and, frankly, hopes) until the very end…but between this and “Something in the Rain” (which I still have two episodes left, but I cannot find the strenght to watch them) I proclaim satisfied my dose of deep and soul smashing dramas for, well…forever!
It’s completely different from anything I’ve watched so far, but if you’re the” glass-half-empty/I-don’t-even-see-the-glass” kind of person AVOID this drama, it might end definitively your chances to change prospective.
Jokes aside, watch with caution…every new episode the story gets more overwhelming and the suspance sometimes is almost unbearable.
If you’re fan of family mysteries, thrillers and the happy ending is something you can easily live without, this is your show.

Ranking: 3½/5
