The first who wore the embellished velvet dress has been Rowan Blanchard, in Tokyo last August, for the Shiseido Makeup launch event. I was there in the same period, I have no idea how she managed to survive the Japanese summer heatwave in a VELVET DRESS!
She completed the look with a simple, straight bob hairstyle e ankle-striped pumps. The only pop of color was thanks to his bright red nail polish.
