You are probably wondering who Lynn Wyatt is...I didn't know myself as well before seeing her pics at Vanity Fair Oscar party last week: she is a Texan heiress, socialite and philanthropist. Her gradfather started the Sakowitz Department store chain.

Actress Chloe Sevigny wore the Gucci Resort dress first at the LACMA 2015 Art+Film Gala, last November. We can call this dress a "statement" one, so full of details and animals/floral inspired images. She opted for a slicked back hairstyle and light blue drop earrings.
Philanthropist Lynn Wyatt opted for the same dress and walked the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party red carpet, las 28th of February.
