I've already done two #WWIB editions of an Italian brand (Valentino here and here) and one for a French brand (Louis Vuitton here), so it was just a matter of time before it comes to an English brand's edition (no, Kate Middleton doesn't count as "English brand"! here)
Burberry recently had an event in Los Angeles, Burberry “London in Los Angeles” fashion show, and I saw some familiar looks so I thought it'd be fun to see how many times and how many celebs wore Burberry's creations.
Enjoy!
Let's start with Brit singer Paloma Faith, who wore this printed trench coat while heading at Burberry Prorsum Spring 2015 fashion show last September while Brit model Naomie Campbell wore it for the afternoon opening of the Burberry ‘London In Los Angeles’ event.
Hong Kong actress Amanda Strang wore this stunning pink degradè skirt at the Burberry A/W15 show this February while model/actress Lydia Herst wore it for the ‘London In Los Angeles’ night event.
British actress Amber Anderson wore this black sequin Burberry dress at the 60th Anniversary of the London Evening Standard Theatre Awards in November, last year, styling it with open toe shoes. The same sparkly dress that has been worn by another Brit: I'm talking about Kate Beckinsale at the Burberry ‘London In Los Angeles’ event.
Enought with the “London in Los Angeles” event, now let's take a look to the past year to see more Burberry's "doppelgaenger"!
Fashion blogger Chiara ferragni wore this pink crochet skirt/white t-shirt assemblement first, during Milan Fashion Week at Emporio Armani fashion show, in February last year. Also last year, but in April, chinese model Du Juan wore the exact same pieces as Chiara's, but styled it with open toe shoes, on the "red carpet" of the Burberry "London in Shanghai" event.
Actress Zoe Saldana wore this flower prin dress at ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ Singapore press conference, back in July. Since she was in the early stage of her twin pregnancy, she made it costumed under her chest. While model Suki Waterhouse wore the runway version to attend mytheresa.com X Burberry Dinner at Bar Munich on November, always last year.
Dianna Agron wore this deep neckline dual color dress at the dinner hosted by Burberry in honour of the New Museum Artists in New York City last May. Instead, British model Suki Waterhouse wore it in a more sporty way during British Vogue Fashion’s Night Out in London, last September.
