- Actress Kate Bosworth have Heterochromia iridum, a genetic mutations where one iris is a different color from the other. Kate's eyes are one blue and one green, Also Benedict Cumberbatch and Henry Cavill (both English actors) have sectoral heterochromia, part of one iris is a different color from its remainder.

  1. Thanks dear for providing this useful information!! One of my friends is having this heterochromia disorder and people say many negative things to her. I feel very bad for her. Is there any permanent treatment for this problem?

    1. I'm sorry to read that, but tell your friend she has a distinctive feature that makes her unique! I think I read somewhere there's a kind of surgery to change eyes colour, but it's not safe and almost anyone who had that surgery now is blind!
